In dissertation theoretical analysis of scientific approaches to studying the personal self-regulation in teen-ages period in foreign and native psychology was done; cumulative views concerning the notion of personal self-regulation were systematized and generalized; the content, essence and its structure were determined; the materials of experimental studying of the components of self-regulation, age dynamics and its becoming were presented; data, criteria and level of this phenomenon were defined. Significant correlative connections between the components of teen-agers' personal self-regulation were established. It testified the necessity of working out the program, directed to the correction and development of teen-agers personal self-regulation. The author's program of corrective and developmental influence on the development of self-regulation in teen-agers was substantiated, worked out and approbated. Analysis of the results of implying the program of forming influence testified its efficiency and capability of the wide use in the work of practical psychologists of the educational establishments.
