Kotliarevska G. The Constitutional right of the citizens to appeal to the authorities in Ukraine (matters on theory and practice)

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the theoretical and applied problems of the Constitutional rights of the citizens in the system of the Constitutional citizens' rights to apply to the governmental bodies; its scientific concept is determined. The author's definition of the citizens' appeals is proposed hereto as well as the classification of the types of the appeals which is different from its traditional division into the proposals, applications and claims; the forms of the realization of the citizens' appeals are analyzed; the problems of the legal regulation of the relations arising in the sphere of the citizen's appeals to the Ukrainian governmental bodies, general procedures of the realization by the citizens their rights to apply are subject to consideration in this dissertation.
