Essay

It is studied the conductivity component of In4Se3 crystals that is proportional to the product of light intensity and pressure - piezophotoconductivity. The piezophotoconductivity spectra are shown to represent a set of bands in spectral ranges of which the periodical increase and decrease of conductivity is realized. The phase of non-statinary piezophotoconductivity is shifted with respect to the phase of modulating pressure by the value of angle up to 900 and depends on the energy of light quatum.
