Dubinska O. Mechanism of organizational-manufacturing management in the system of anticrisis management an enterprise

The object of research is the process of anticrisis management activities of the large machine-building enterprises. The purpose of research is the further development of scientific and methodical provisions on the elaboration of the mechanism organizational-manufacturing management in the enterprise anticrisis management syste. Methods of research are method of induction and deduction; analysis and synthesis; method of systematic reviews; statistical methods; survey method and expert evaluations; method of comparison with the standard. Theoretical and practical results. Theoretical and methodological approach to the definition of the crisis that considered as a result of crossing a certain threshold number of negative trends is got further development. The negative trends may arise and develop in different segments of the organizational-manufacturing management. The theoretical and methodological approach gives an opportunity to increase the time cycle of crisis at the expense of the negative trends stages development, when they still have not been identified as a crisis. Theoretical and applied aspects of the organizational-manufacturing management operation in the system of anticrisis management of the enterprise are got further development. The theoretical and applied aspects are the transfer accents on the crisis causes elimination and give an opportunity to reduce the likelihood of negative trends that are the causes of the crisis. Methodical approach to assessment of organizational-manufacturing management at the enterprise that includes formation of indicators dynamics reference and allows to reveal the origin of the crisis phenomena at earlier stages; methodical and applied provisions on the organization monitoring of organizational-manufacturing enterprise management that take into account the evaluation of factors that can determine the origin and development of negative phenomena in the enterprise and allow to develop and implement preventive measures are got further development. Methodical approach to the definition of the anticrisis management at the enterprise that completed by system of criteria and indicators, which estimates the degree of its formation and effective functioning and allows to fully determine the individual elements and the system of crisis management; analytical provision of solvency the enterprise in conditions of shortage of funds that includes formalized model of financial and production cycle of the machine building enterprise and allows to set specific parameters of contracts on performance of works in order to reduce the financial tensions in times of shortage of funds are improved. Results of research are used in the activity of the JSC "NKMZ" (certificate No023/123 from 7.06.2010), JSC "СКМЗ" (certificate № 108/134 from 16.06.2010 g) and in the educational process of Donbass State Machine-Building Fcademy (certificate No 064-05-1756 from 14.10.2010)
