Dovgopolyk A. Administrative and Legal Regulation of Procedure of Formation and Operation of Credit Unions in Ukraine

This work is dedicated to highlight administrative and legal fundamentals of regulation of the procedure of formation and operation of credit unions in Ukraine as a variety of business units. Consideration is given to (i) the phenomenon of credit unions in the system of units of administrative and legal relations, (ii) historiography of investigation in the administrative and legal science of administrative and legal regulation of the procedure of their formation and operation distinguishing particular stages and characteristic of genesis of normative consolidation of fundamentals of their formation and operation, (iii) detailed analysis of features of registration of related unions, (iv) licensing of their activities, (v) specifying of qualifying requirements for access to professional activities, (vi) interaction of credit unions with other units of legal relations, (vii) state supervision of activities of credit unions and [their] termination, as well as (viii) foreign experience of normative regulation of related matters, (ix) directions of its adaptation and (x) principal ways of improvement of the related variety of legal regulation of the procedure of formation and operation of credit unions in Ukraine.
