Tkachenko O. Surgical treatment of patients with tumors complications of hepatopancreatoduodenal zone organs

The research is devoted to the problem of the improved immediate and distant results of the emergency surgical treatment of patients with malignant tumors complications of hepatopancreatoduodenal zone organs. The scientific thesis presents the results of surgical treatment of 147 patients with malignant tumors complications of hepatopancreatoduodenal zone organs. On the basis of their analysis there have been mastered and elaborated the following: differential approach to preoperative preparation; surgical tactics, personal methods of operative interventions, prophylaxis of the complications during the immediate and delayed postoperative period. Owing to the differential preoperative preparation and surgical tactics 22 (25.8 %) patients of the main group underwent resection methods of operative interventions, 8 (36.2 %) of whom were performed pancreatoduadenal resection as urgent operative intervention because of the hemorrhage. 27 (18.3 %) patients had been administered the anticancer vaccine therapy with the dendrite cells that resulted in the formation of persistent antitumor immunity. The implementation of the experienced treatment tactics and surgical technologies has decreased the number of postoperative complications, improved the life quality of patients with malignant tumors complications of hepatopancreatoduodenal zone organs for certain.
