Essay

The state of the control of arterial hypertension by the residents of villager was determined. An optimum diagnostic algorithm for hypertension in a rural out-patient department with use of the self monitoring of blood pressure in-home, electrocardiographic diagnostic of left ventricular hypertrophy, glucose and total cholesterol plasma levels, microalbuminuria, clinical and genealogical examining was proved. The sufficient therapeutic effect and pharmaco-economic benefits of a complex treatment of diseases by the generic non-inported medicines like as indapamide, amlodipine, lisinopril, simvastatin was detected.
