Object of research: process of forming and development of the mixed economy under influence of transformations, what be going on in a national economy and in world economy connections. Purpose of research: determination of theoretical and methodological bases of functioning of the mixed economy on the basis of her political economy and practically-methodical analysis. Methods of research: system and historical approaches; abstractly-logical and graphic methods; analysis of the systems; methods of social analysis. Results: determination of objective bases of appearance and distribution of theories of the mixed economy; analysis of modern conceptions of the mixed economy; development of authorial conception of complex analysis of the mixed economy; realization of computer-integrated analysis of the mixed economy; opening of institutional transformations and tendencies of the mixed economy; development and ground of theoretical and methodological conception of exit from possible institutional traps.
