The author in thesis has proved that there is a need to differentiate the legal regulation of labor relations with the disabled which wouldn't contradict ideas of equality and social justice Disability as the problem includes legal, social, environmental, psychological, social, ideological, anatomical and functional aspects. It is noticed that there is a necessity of introduction into the national policy of financial and economic levers the encouragement of employers to realize the employment of invalids as follows: 1) grants for a salary of invalids; 2) providing of privileged preferences in the taxation, privileges at payment of contributions on social insurance; 3) grants to employers who employ disabled of more established quota; 4) grants to employers on arrangement of a workplace for the disabled. It is offered to fix such unified definition at legislative level: "invalid" is a person with proof infringement of functions of the organism, caused by physical, psychological, sensory, social, cultural and other barriers which don't allow him realize properly his labor rights, and also be integrated into a society and participate in life of a family or the environment on the same conditions, as well as other members of a society do.
