Essay

The object of research: processes of formation of effective material motivation of personnel at machine-building enterprises. Purpose of research: extension of theoretic and methodological approaches and development of scientific and practical recommendations concerning ensuring of effective material motivation of personnel as a way of improvement of indexes of economic processes of the enterprise. Research methods and apparatus: analysis-synthesis, semantic analysis and logical generalization; expert evaluations; economic and mathematical methods (cluster analysis, analysis of variance, correlation regression analysis, nonlinear programming); grouping; statistical control of quality; dynamic programming; analytical leveling of the trend. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical and methodical approaches to the motivations activity at maching-building enterprises. Novelty: system of indexes which characterizes material motivation of personnel and economic processes of enterprises and which, as opposed to existing fragmentary indexes, allows to take into account various signs of efficiency of remuneration of labor jointly with the set directions of the use of production resources; methodological approach to the calculation of material payments of personnel which, as opposed to existing ones, foresees the determination of the size of additional pay on the basis of the suggested index of labor contribution which takes into account the labor inputs without using invariant scales and the scale of incentive and compensatory payments at the expense of the appropriate coefficient; the study defines the content of the category "economic processes of enterprise" as the aggregate of interconnected phenomena of economic character for achievement of certain result by transformation of "inputs" with the help of the use of resources into "outputs" ; the assessment of the level of influence of material motivation of personnel on the designated set of phenomena of economic character on the basis of its quantitative and qualitative measurement according to the scale of intervals of factorial dispersion; the study provides the methodological approach to rorming managerial decisions in the sphere of material motivation which includes the sequence of interconnected stages and foresees the application of the corresponding method of making decisions for the choice of optimum variant of directions of improvement of indexes of control of results of economic activity with due account taken of the influence of external environment; determination of probability of change of qualitative state of the development of economic processes of enterprise which is notable for the account of influence of efficiency of material motivation of personnel. Level of introduction: the results of the research have been adapted at public corporation "Turboatom" (Certificate of Introduction dated 27.07.2010), KP KHKBDB (Certificate of Introduction dated 26.07.2010), educational process at KhNUE. Field of research: management of personnel on the basis of material motivation at enterprise.
