Object - process of influence purification of fuel by technological environment on reliability, productivity and profitability of machine-tractor units.. The purpose - increase of efficiency of operation of machine-tractor units in conditions of a dust content of air by technological environment by perfection of means of clearing and out water of diesel fuel.. The methods - quantitative and dispers the analysis of structure of pollution of diesel fuel, theoretical and experimental researches of process out woter also were based on rules of the theory of probability and mathematical statistics. The experimental researches were spent on the standard techniques and provided use of planning factors of experiment. The processing of the initial data was carried out with use of the theory of probability and mathematical statistics, regreshin and also correlation analyses. The novelty - Has received the further development the theory of graf at forecasting reliability of fuel systems of agricultural power means. Namely, is established, that the consecutive inclusion in system of filters of rough and thin clearing is more effective (probability of a serviceable condition р=0,835), than parallel (the probability of a serviceable condition р=0,70), and most rational way of increase of reliability of fuel systems is application of highly effective filters out woter. Dependences of influence various размерных of groups of mechanical impurity and their concentration in fuel on cikle submission of fuel and effective power of a diesel engine for the first time are received. The group and its concentration is established most "dangerous" sizer, at which the effective power of a diesel engine decreases up to 25%. Has received the further development study of laws of change of productivity and charge of fuel by a power means МТА at performance of various technological operations. Namely, is established, that the decrease(reduction) of capacity to 25% results in increase of terms of field jobs on 5,1…5,3% at simultaneous increase of the charge of fuel on 5,0…6,8 % on each technological operation. From account on 100 га of the processable area the charge of fuel is increased by 283 kg. Experimental dependences of properties porous walls filtering, coagulating and water-repellent partitions from various materials for the first time are received which have allowed to prove structure of porous partitions for highly effective filters water-repellent, and also to calculate their parameters in view of a level purification of diesel fuel by technological environment in conditions of agricultural manufacture. The results - are developed designs of the filter out water for fuel distributing of columns, filter out water for fuel systems of diesel engines and fuse refueling of a fuel tank with the air filter, which have passed test at the agricultural enterprises АР of Crimea, in APК "Peace" and farm "Аlecs" Тоkmac of area of the Zaporozhye area.
