Naumenko A. Legal regulation of the asset appraisals.

The research is devoted to working out the theoretical basis of the appraisals providing as well as outlining propositions for the further modernization of business legal regulation in the sphere of the asset appraisal practice. The author ascertains factors influencing upon forming the content of the definition of "the asset appraisal activity". The differentiation and generalization of the definitions of "the independent appraisal", "the practical appraisal activity", "the expert appraisal of the land", "the forensic appraisal" are also worked out and presented. The basic forms of the state regulation of the appraisals are studied; the reformatting of the regulatory influence upon the appraisals by means of changing its state regulation by non-state (nongovernmental) regulation is proposed. The content of the definition of "the object of the appraisal" is examined as well as new elements; the classification of the objects of the appraisal is improved
