The thesis discusses the peculiarities fo Ukraine journalistic terminological system , its formation, structural organisation and functionn. The history of the terminology, main factors and tendencies of development and functionin and its genetic peculiarities are clarfied. The specifity of journalistic terminologycal field is investigate, the major thematic groups of terms and paradigmatic relations betwen the terms are shown. The way of terms building, productive building formats, the synataxical models of terms are examined.
