Tranchenko O. Formation and development of the strategic management of the production activity of agricultural enterprises

The object of the investigation is the process of the strategic governing of the agricultural enterprises production activity, the stages and factors that form it. The aim of my candidate thesis is the theoretical-methodical grounding and developing practical tools to form and further develop the strategic governing of the agricultural enterprises production activity. Such methods of scientific generalization and causal relationships were used in the thesis as monographic, strategic analysis, SWOT-analysis, SPACE-method, induction and deduction, the methods of multifactorial, correlation-regression analysis, graphic modeling, survey. The theoretic and practical results of the research are defined by the necessity to develop new theoretic approaches and practical measures to form the strategic governing of the agricultural enterprises production activity. Scientific innovation: for the first time it was offered to make the evaluation of the results of the strategic governing of the agricultural enterprises production activity and their positioning according to the value of the relative integral coefficient of the effectiveness of the capital and labor resources use; improved: the system of the measures directed to improve the strategic governing of the agricultural enterprises production activity with considering independent factors that influence its effectiveness and ensure entities' competitiveness; theoretical interpretation of the notion strategic governing system as a complex of organizational-economic mechanisms directed to realize the researched governing processes; further development have been acquired: the treatment of the strategic governing as an incremental process, that is grounded on the results of the strategic analysis that is an instrument of the timely strategic plan adjustment; the recommendation about the development of the strategic alternatives and appropriate concept of the production activity governing, that allow to consider the external environment changes and will help increase capital use efficiency and agricultural enterprises profitability. Degree of implementation: the results of the research are used in the practical activity of Uman Agricultural Development Department of Uman District State Administration, in the production activity of an agricultural enterprise and in the educational process of Uman National University of Horticulture.
