Solovtsova E. Development of the primary land market in Ukrainian cities

The object of investigation is the process of managing the development of the pri-mary land market in Ukraine. The aim of investigation is the development of theo-retical and methodological foundations for the development of the primary land market in Ukrainian cities. The methods of investigation are: methods of systemic, comparative, statistical analysis, mathematical modeling. The scientific novelty of the results lays in improvement of theoretical and methodological bases of the pri-mary land market's functioning in Ukrainian cities by improving the domestic mechanism of urban lands sale. It is the first time when a methodical approach to the choice of the most appropriate way of urban land administration is proposed. Improved: theoretical concepts of the economy of land using; methodical approach to analysis of the mechanism of urban lands sale; organizational and methodologi-cal bases for holding of land auctions. Developed further: theoretical positions of institutionalism; scientific and practical recommendations for strengthening posi-tive and neutralizing negative effects of urban lands sale; methods of price forma-tion on the urban lands market; scientific and practical recommendations for taking into consideration the interests of territorial community in the process of land sale.
