The study was aimed to increase the efficacy of treatrment and prevention of cervical lesions caused HPV-infection amongst young females by the application of low-molecular synthetic peroral inductor of endogenic interferon, cryotherapy and recombinant anti-HPV bivaccine. There were determined the most significant risk factors, prevelence and the peculiarities of the course of HPVI amongst young females. The frequency of various HPV strains was assessed among the females of target group. There was stated that the patients with HPVI have high activity of IgA and moderate elevated activity of IgG whereas the activity of IgM is normal. There were found changes of the qualitative pattern of lymphocytes subpopulations as the decreased, amount of CD-3, CD-4 and CD-19 cells which were independent on the oncogenic properties of HPV strain, causing the disease. There were determined the clinical advantages of the use of interferon inductor and HPV-bivaccine in the complex treatment of HPV-associated cervical lesions. The algorithm of complex treatment and HPV-prevention with the use of cryotherapy, endogenic interferon inductor and HPV-vaccine amongst young girls was developed
