Object: process of forming and development of strategic potential of ecology-economic safety of regional development. Purpose: scientific ground of essence, features of forming, realization and prognostication of strategic potential of ecology-economic safety of regional development. Research methods and techniques : morphological and abstractly-logical, logic analysis, system-structural method, method of comparison and grouping, statistical, expert estimations, method of induction and deduction, synthesis and groupings. Novelty: certainly and the socio-economic mechanism of forming and realization of strategic potential of ecology-economic safety, which allows to perfect regulator activity in the field of guard of natural environment and rational use of natural resources, is reasonable.
