The theoretical model of process of awareness of present internal possibilities senior pupils as terms of adequate professional self-determination is developed. The structural model of individuality to which entered is created, together with qualities of personality, psychophysiology parameters of individual. The results of research of psychological and psychophysiology indexes of the state of health are resulted professionally important parameters, and also professionally important qualities of personality of senior pupils, in a period professional self-determination.
