Osolinker I. Self-defence of right of property in Ukraine.

Dissertation is devoted to research of self-defence of right of property as a no jurisdiction form of defence of civil laws and legal interests. By basic questions to which attention is spared in research, there is finding out of features of self-defence of right of own, specific of the use of concrete tools and methods of no jurisdiction form of defence of right of property, condition of legitimacy and legality of the use of such tools. In dissertation the formulated notion of self-defence and self-protection of right of own and their personal touches are certain, legal nature of no jurisdiction form of defence of right of own is explored, the order of the use of separate tools of self-defence and self-protection of right of own is certain. A candidate for a degree also offers the row of scientific and legislative suggestions from the use of tools and methods of self-defence of right of own, which are substantially to perfect adjusting of the use of the last.
