The dissertation is devoted the analysis of theoretical-methodological base, the bases, procedures of application of measures of administrative compulsion in state security sphere, and also maintenance of legality of such activity. Work is one of the first attempts to comprehensively, using modern methods of knowledge, to investigate problem questions of administrative compulsion in the legislation on state security. A set of concrete proposals and recommendations aimed at improving the theoretical frameworks and improving the application of administrative coercive measures in the sphere of national security, including on the clarification of certain legislative, Administrative Code of Ukraine.
