Vasyliv A. Endoscopy of the resected stomach.

An object – patients with postresection syndromes, operated on ulcerous disease of stomach and duodenum; an aim – to improve the treatment results of patients with the postresection syndromes by optimization of complex examination of the digestive tract upper parts with the use of the endoscopic technologies; methods - clinical, laboratory, mathematical, statistical; novelty - substantial differences were found out in the functional and organic changes amount in patients, depending on the method of the resection; results - dynamic clinically-endoscopic control in patients with the resected stomach was improved, taking into account the stage and severity of the disease, terms after the operation, resectional technique; it was introduced in a medical and educational processes; branch – surgery.
