The object of investigation - the process of three-dimensional metal flow in the processes of metal forming. The aim of the study - improvement of technological processes in the three-dimensional extrusion flow of the metal. Methods: fundamental tenets of the theory of metal forming, continuum mechanics. Theoretical and practical results: the design procedure of extrusion details with variable wall thickness along the perimeter. Scientific novelty: first analyzed the process of extruding in a three-dimensional flow of the metal. Degree of implementation: the results are introduced at the SE "Plant V.A. Malysheva". Application area: development process and stamps of extruding.
