Removal of a worker from his position is s a temporary refusal of an employer or authorized state body to provide the worker with his work, defined by the job contract, with retaining the working place and, as a rule, without reservation his salary. The principles of removal of a worker from his position are: combination of interests of employer, worker and the state; differentiation of the grounds for removal from position; prevention and precautions character of this procedure; non-paid work during removal period; comprehensive legal protection of a removed person.
