Scientific work is devoted working out of tactics of conducting a lactation at women with various forms and terms of the transferred virus infection on the basis of studying of mediko-social, microbiological, biochemical and functional features , and also to working out and introductions of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions . Is shown a role of a rehay infection to and during pregnancy , And also at delivery on a chemical compound and caloric content of chest milk . The interrelation between clinical, ehografical, microbiological and biochemical indicators of chest milk at the women who have transferred a virus infection in various terms gestation is established. It has allowed to expand available data and patogenesise infringements lactation functions and scientifically to prove necessity of working out of algorithm diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The algorithm diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions at the women who have transferred a virus infection to and during pregnancy is developed and introduced, and also at delivery.
