Scientific work is devoted decrease frequencies postoperative complications at abdominal delivery women with a metabolic syndrome on the basis of working out and introduction of the differentiated approach to a technique sewing a cut on a uterus. Influence of various techniques sewing a uterus after the first and repeated cesarean sections at women with a metabolic syndrome on a condition involution and a seam on a uterus, and also on reparative processes in a uterus is studied. The interrelation between clinical, ehografical, biochemical, immunological and morphological changes is established at various techniques sewing a cut on a uterus. It has allowed to expand data about patogenesise postoperative complications at abdominal delivery taking into account the various reproductive anamnesis at women with a metabolic syndrome. The obtained data have allowed to prove scientifically necessity of working out of the differentiated approach to sewing cut on a uterus at the first and repeated кесарском section at women with a metabolic syndrome.
