Object - ishemichno-reperfuziyne defeat of bark of frontal, back of head parts and gipokampa for adults and old rats; a purpose is z''yasuvati features of some lanocs of pathogeny ishemichno-reperfuziynogo damage of structures of new bark and gipokampa for old males-rats after a separate histochemistry, patobiokhimichnimi and by patomorfologichnimi parameters on the basis of their comparative analysis with the proper indexes for grown man zoons.;iaoiae - histochemistry (study of intensity fluorescences of catecholamins); biochemical (determination of indexes of free-radical okisnennya of lipidiv, albumens and antioksidantnogo defence, intensity of total, nefermentativnogo and fermentativnogo tissue fibrinolysis, degree of proteolitichnoy degradation of niz'ko- and high molecular albumens and collogen); it is discovered that in most structures of brain of old rats content of dienovikh kon''yugativ more high, and content of littlenew aldehyde and activity of superoksiddismutazi is below, than for adults; ishemiya-reperfuziya of cerebrum draws more ponderable violations of content of dienovikh kon''yugativ and to antioksidantnogo defence for the zoons of senior age-dependent group; in the first time higher konstitutivniy content of products of okisnyuval'noy modification of albumens is shown in the bark of frontal and the back of headmorphological (study of structure of nervous fabric on svitlo- and to electron-optical levels); mathematical (statistical analysis of got results); the results of -upershe are rotined that in the bark of frontal and cervical parts and fields of gipokampa of SA1 and SA2 of old rats konstitutivniy content of catecholamins below, than for adults; it is set that postishemichne decline of intensity of fluorescence of catecholamins and proceeding in their content during a reperfuziynogo period in most investigational departments of brain of old rats less substantial by comparison to adults; parts and to poli of gipokampa of SA1 and more low - in the fields of SA2 and SA3 of old rats, that testifies to the unevenness of age-old changes of pro-, antioksidantnikh and proteolitichnikh mechanisms in the different departments of brain; it is rotined that for grown man rats ishemiya-reperfuziya of brain results in the accumulation of products of okisnyuval'noy modification of albumens in both investigational departments of bark and does not almost have an influence on these indexes in the fields of gipokampa, and for old zoons after this interference there are the inlaid changes of their content which confirms structural dependence of age-old violations of biochemical descriptions; in the first time z''yasovano, that konstitutivni indexes of proteo- and fibrinolytic activity for certain more low in the most studied structures of brain of old rats, and bilateral karotidna ishemiya-reperfuziya has a raznospryamovaniy influence on these parameters for adults and old rats: for grown man zoons after this interference all or separate parameters of proteo- and fibrinolytic activity grow, and in old - go down; it is rotined that in the investigational structures of brain of old rats, especially in a hippocampus, by comparison to adults, from data of svitlooptichnogo and elektronnomikroskopichnogo research, mionectic closeness of location of cellular elements, however greater amount neyro- and gliacytes with the signs of destructive changes; ishemiya-reperfuziya of cerebrum for old rats results in more deep patomorfologichnikh changes, especially in a hippocampus, by comparison to grown man zoons; it is set that weeds gipokampa of SA3 of old rats on patobiokhimichnimi indexes weaker in all reacts on ishemiyu-reperfuziyu, however more substantial in all patomorfologichni changes are in this structure, that demonstrates absence of lines of zv''yazkiv between the degree of its damage and reaction of biochemical indexes.
