The thesis is dedicated to the substantiating of the theoretical-and-methodological and devising of the practical recommendations as for the recreational-and -sanatory land use competitiveness management. The inconsistency of the available land division on the land of recreational-and -sanatory purpose is grounded. The methods of functional zoning of the preserved territories as the objects of recreation are improved.
