The condition of the theory and practice researches of the economic mechanism of a sustainable maintenance development of ecoeconomic systems is analyzed. Actuality and the purpose of a program-target management by development of ecoeconomic system of the Nikolayev region is defined. The most significant environmental problems of the Nikolayev region are allocated and ways of their decision are offered.
