In dissertational work specification of an essence of concept organizational-economical the mechanism of maintenance of nature protection activity in agrarian sphere of economy is given. It is specified in importance of a financial component in system of tools of influence on efficiency of nature protection actions by manufacture of agricultural production. Necessity of differentiation of system of estimation of indicators of efficiency of the subject of managing not only on a complex of industrial estimations, but also under nature protection factors is proved.
