Zyuz'ko S. Features of surgical treatment of varicose disease of lower extremities complicated with trophic ulcers

Thesis is devoted to the problem of improvement of diagnostics and complex surgical treatment of varicose disease of lower extremities complicated with an active trophic ulcers. There were given results of hemodynamic, bacteriological and morphological changes that take a place in a trophic ulcer during complex treatment after traditional methods and during treatment by air plasma flow and by the nitrogen oxide, comparison of this methods. There was performed comparison of results of surgical removing of pathological venous reflux by traditional methods and by the proposed lessinvasion method. There were specified features of preoperative preparation, operative intervention and postoperative regimen management of patients with varicose disease of lower extremities, complicated by active trophic ulcer
