Drozd I. Features of surgical treatment and prophylaxis of origin of strictures of biliodigestive anastomoses

Dissertation is devoted the improvement of surgical treatment and optimization of surgical tactic and prophylaxis of strictures of biliodigestive. It is confirmed, аs more operations is executed for a patient, then more postoperative complications revealed. It is discovered the worsening of laboratory indexes of hepar function at the increase of duration of forming of stricture. Application of the offered treatment and diagnostic algorithm of surgical tactic treatment of patients with cicatrical strictures of biliodigestive anastomoses allows to optimize surgical tactic. The optimum method of forming of hepaticoyeyunostomy is offered, for warning of forming of strictures or restrictures of biliodigestive anastomosis. The use of miniinvasion surgical treatment with the use of minilaparotomy allowed to decrease operations damage and diminishes duration of operation and of convalescence of patients considerably.
