Leonov A. Peculiarities of surgical tactics for postoperative hernias in geriatric patients

The dissertation is devoted to surgical treatment of geriatric patients with post-operative ventral hernia. The objective is to improve the treatment of elderly and senile age with postoperative ventral hernia by creating algorithm diagnosis and prognosis of the development of new methods modified mesh endoprosthesis and their practical im-plementation. The paper presenting new ways of modified mesh, which are imple-mented in the surgical treatment of hypertension postoperative ventral hernias, studied distance and the next results of treatment of these patients, and also the comparative evaluation. The reasons of postoperative complications that arise in geriatric patients with age postoperative ventral hernias and informative value of the main risk factors of surgical interventions in patients with postoperative ventral hernias. Applied to rank evaluation of major risk factors based on numerical values of the specific weight of fore-acoustic coefficient of complications. An algorithm for surgical treatment, which gives an opportunity to determine the optimal amount and method of surgical treatment.
