Rakitov B. Interval normobaric hypoxytherapy administration in complex treatment of patients with microvascular angina

The object of the research is pathological changes of cardiovascular system in patients with microvascular angina. The goal is to improve treatment efficiency of patients with microvascular angina using interval normobaric hypoxytherapy. Methods - clinical, biochemical, instrumental, statistical. Novelty is presented as identification of impact of interval normobaric hypoxytherapy on morpho-functional state of cardiovascular system, adhesion and thrombocyte aggregation, lipometabolism, endothelial dysfunction markers. There were observed direct and long-term results of treatment, life quality of patients with microvascular angina when using interval normobaric hypoxytherapy in complex treatment. The observed data were introduced into practice of the Donetsk Regional Clinical Territorial Medical Union, Institute of urgent and restorative surgery named by V.K. Gusak, Academy of Medical Science of Ukraine, clinic of Donetsk national medical university named by M. Gorky and also in the educational process of Donetsk, Lugansk and Kharkov Medical Universities.
