Kravchenko T. Diferential approach and evaluation of efficacy for cure patients with right atrial flutter after cardiac surgery

The оbject was the influence of right atrial flutter after open-heart surgery for the hemodуnamics. The purpose was the optimization of approaches and improvement cure for patients with right atrial flutter after open-heart surgery. The methods were clinical, biochemical, instrument, electrophysiological and statistical. The novelty is - the role of zones of scars and special features of local electrogramms for appearance and existence right arial flutter and the most frequent localizations of tachycardia cirсuit in right atrium for patients after open-heart surgery were found for the first time. The results of drugs therapy and catheter radiofrequency ablation for cure of right atrial flutter after open-heart surgery was сompared for the first time. The influence of right atrial flutter absence for intracardiac hemodуnamics and heart failure functional class was observed. Carto XP system was used for atrial flutter catheter ablation, including patients after open-heart surgery for the first time. The results were the clinical study gave the opportunity to improve the approaches for diagnostic and treatment of patients with right atrial flutter after open-heart surgery and demonstrated the advantages of the invasive method;it has been itroduced into medical practice and studying process; sphere - medicine.
