Semko S. Organizational forms of functioning of representative local self-government bodies

The work is devoted to analysis of essence, kinds and significance of organizational forms of functioning of representative local self-government bodies. In the work the historical development of the law regulation of organizational forms is researched, national and international experience of law regulation is summarized, national practice of law regulation of organizational forms of representative local self-government bodies is analyzed. The problematic questions of local councils' sittings, organizational forms of permanent and temporary commissions functioning, particular issues of law regulation of organizational forms of self-organizations bodies functioning are researched.
