The presented paper deals with designing of technological bases to create the stable materials for system "CLC-nanoparticles". For the first time the influence of nanoparticles AlN, Ag-120, Fe2O3, C60 to electro-optical, dynamical characteristics and light scattering characteristics in cholesteric liquid crystals materials are analyzed.
