The thesis is devoted to the actual problem - to the study of mechanisms of adrenergic, dopaminergic and serotoninergic neurotransmitter systems activity modulation under condition of experimental mild brain trauma (BT). Rats after mechanical BT showed the complex of behavioural disturbances characterized by both horizontal and vertical motor activity in the "open field" test decrease, both emotional and stereotype behaviour suppression. The aggressive-defensive behaviour intensified. Spontaneous seizures developed in rats during the posttraumatic period.
