Object of investigation - inflammatory and destructive process (IDP) in the bone wound and bone regeneration; aim - establish mechanisms to influence local pathogenetic factors in the regeneration of the jawbone and to justify the use of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) to increase recovery in IDP; methods - pathophysiological, morphological, morphometric, phases-contrast and fluorescent microscopy, biochemical, cell culture and vital staining of cells, MTT-analysis, statistical; newness and results the peculiarities of the nature of the pathological changes in the jawbone at IDP, determined the type of osteoplastic material as a carrier cell culture MSCs revealed pathological features of regeneration of bone injuries with the use of MSC culture and its producers, the dynamics of change for the level set by local factors when using different methods of regeneration, the application of cell therapy in the treatment of IDP bone; introduced - in the educational process at the Department of Pathophysiology and General Dentistry FIPE Donetsk National Medical University of M. Gorky, State Higher School of Ukraine " Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy of Health Ministry of Ukraine" (Poltava), the practice of the State Institution "Institute of Emergency and Reconstructive Surgery of V.
