Tischenko G. Substantiation of prophylaxis of the sharp poisoning's consequences by methane for the coal miners

Object - the health and the acute methane poisoning effects for coal miners. Purpose - to working out of secondary preventive measures of the acute methane poisoning effects for coal miners on the basis of hygienic assessment of geological characteristics of mines and its influence on the affected miners. Methods - hygienic, physiological, clinical, biochemical, health statistics, statistics. Results - efficiency of "Solcoseril" with hyperbaric oxygenation sessions use in complex rehabilitation for coal miners with acute methane poisoning is proved. Novelty - for the first time developed preventive measures for determining the main features of geological characteristics of coal mines and the formation of vegetative, psychophysiological, immune and biochemical disorders in affected miners from acute methane poisoning allowed to work out a new complex approach to secondary preventive measures on the affected miners lead at restoring their capacity. Results of investigation were introduced into the practice of treatment-and-preventive establishments, research institutes and into educational process of higher educational institutions.
