Ustrytska N. Crime recurrence qualification

The thesis contains a comprehensive and complex study of crime recurrence. It analyzes the concept crime recurrence and its types, defines the place of crime recurrence concept among the institutions of criminal law in Ukraine. The rules of crime recurrence qualification are analyzed from the point of view of the implementation of the principles of criminal law, and also considering whether or not the Repeated offenses are foreseen in the articles of the particular part of the Criminal Code. As a result the thesis states the feasibility of using the rule in crime recurrence qualification according to which each of the offenses that make up the frequency, must obtain an independent assessment of the criminal law.
