The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and experimental research methods for producing CNS of hard coking coal products, and electric arc synthesis of ultrasonic dispersion.Based on the author formulated -a hypothesis regarding the possible formation of CNS in the process of coking coal, a new method of their selection in the form the suspensions by ultrasonic dispersion followed by centrifugation, and getting the CNS from coke, pyrolytic carbon and pitch coke in an electric installation by the manufacture the anodes of the products coking. Experimentally determined that in the coals of different brands containing nanoparticles of different types. In hard coking products CNS also vary by type and size. The quantitative content of nanostructures in all coke products. In an industrial environment studied technological factors from the coking process, influencing the formation of the CNS.- Theoretically and experimentally studied the pathway of the CNS in the coke oven chamber. Established that the nanostructures are formed from gas and from liquid plastic phases.CNS suspension obtained from the coke dust of installation for dust-free pushing of coke used in various branches of production practices. The results to improve performance for cement systems and coatings. The CNS also suspensions have proved themselves in the sol-gel synthesis of ceramic materials and using them as a coolant.Flow diagrams for the mass production of suspensions the CNS in a coke plant. Calculated the annual economic effect from introducing the technology of suspension CNS - 143,2 thousand UAH/m3. The expected economic effect from the use of paints produced using a suspension of the CNS, based on white spirit, for paint one kilometer pipeline is 2193,3 UAH.Proceedings of the thesis is used in the learning process on a specialized departments of the National Technical University "Kharkov Polytechnic Institute" and National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine in teaching students.
