Tomyuk V. The Structurally-Technological Parameters Grounding of Press for Oil Pushing back of the Rape Seed

Object - seed of rape, screw presses and their workings organs, working process extraction of the oil from rape seed; purpose - an improvement of quantitative and high-quality indexes, declines energy consumptions of process extraction oil, from the rape seed due to an improvement screw press and to the ground of him structurally technological parameters; methods - planning of multivariable experiments, regressive analysis, statistical methods of treatment researches results, standard and specially created experimental equipment, specially developed methods; novelty - a conformities to the law of change of quantitative and power indexes of work are first set screw press from the structural parameters of his workings organs, frequency of rotation of screw billow and physic-chemical properties of seed of oil-bearing cultures; the rational values of step coil, lengths of screw billow and frequency of his rotation, are first set, for press of the set productivity, that provide the maximal output of rape oil at minimum specific energy consumptions; theoretical dependence of pressure is improved in the chamber of pressing press along the ax of screw billow from frequency of his rotation, which takes into account conformities to the law of process extraction of the oil from oil-bearing cultures; the construction of additional chamber of pressing, which allows to promote pressing efficiency and diminishes the remain of butter in a mill cake, is improved; results - an economic effect from exploitation screw press with the additional chamber of extraction at the productivity screw press 15 kg per hour and to the output of oil 37% makes 8305 UAH, on condition of processing 14,4 t seed on a year; it is inculcated - in the technological lines of extraction vegetable oil in PAT of "Чернівецький олійножировий комбінат", and also at the plant on the production of biotdiesel in FH "Кільган І.С." Sambir district of the Lviv area; scope - agricultural enterprises which rear and process plant-grower products.
