Shepitko M. Criminal Liability for Perjury

The dissertation is devoted to research of criminal liability for perjury (Art. 384 of the CC). The concept of generic, specific and direct object of deliberately false evidence is formulated; subject of each socially dangerous action of a committed crime is defined, and also actions themselves and means of committing of a crime; conditions of committing of a crime are specified; criminal and legal concepts of a witness, victim, expert, evaluator and interpreter are given. Subjective features of deliberately false evidence and problems of punishment for this crime are examined separately.
