Object - mini-invasive treatment of acute necrotizing pancreatitis; aim - to improve the treatment of acute necrotizing pancreatitis using the mini-invasive interventions, methods - common blood tests, blood chemistry, ELISA, radiological , statistical processing; results - proved that the levels of mediators in the inflammatory response pancreatic effusion is higher than in serum; results - remove pancreatic effusion improves the clinical course of acute necrotic pancreatitis; implemented - in the healing and the learning process; field - surgery.
