Gorbachova I. The system of managing personnel at agricultural enterprises.

The aim of dissertation research are a ground of theoretic and methodological principles of forming, functioning and development of control system by the personnel of agricultural enterprises. A research object is a process of forming, functioning and development of control system by the personnel of agricultural enterprises. Research methods: abstractly-logical, sociological, cross-correlation-regressive analysis. Theoretical results: development of theoretic and methodological positions and practical recommendations in relation to providing of effective control system by the personnel of agricultural enterprises. Practical results: theoretical and methodological positions of dissertation will assist the improvement of control system by a personnel. Scientific novelty: the organizationally-economic mechanism of forming, functioning and development of control system by the personnel of agricultural enterprises is worked out, oriented to the achievement of strategic aims taking into account having a special purpose transformation of functional subsystems of internal environment of enterprise. Degree of introduction : the results of the conducted research are applied by Main administration of agroindustrial development of Zhytomyr regional state administration, used in practice of agricultural enterprises and in the educational process of the Zhytomyr national agro-ecolologycal university at teaching of economic disciplines. Efficiency: research results will assist the scientifically-applied decision of problem of forming, functioning and development of control system by the personnel of agricultural enterprises. Sphere of the use: central and local organs of executive power and them structural subdivisions, organs of local self-government, higher educational establishments, agricultural enterprises.
