Goncharov A. Theoretical and legal foundations of a social protection in Ukraine.

The thesis covers the legal character research of a social population protection. The author analysed the scientific developments results in a social protection and defined the methodological foundations for its farther comprehension, ascertained the particular properties and the key tendencies of the population social protection development in Ukraine. The legal aspect definition was defined according the investigation of its nature. Based on the organization and legal foundations of the social protection function mechanism in Ukraine the Candidate for a degree defined the propositions and recommendations as to the farther improvement of our country social protection system.
