Kozachyk M. The Freedom of Enterprise and Its Limitations under Ukrainian Legislation

In the first section the notion of the principles of the business law and that of enterprise are defined and their differentiation is provided. The principles of the enterprise and the system of the principles of business law are specified. The freedom of enterprise is defined as a right as well as a principle of enterprising. The powers of the freedom of enterprise as a right, depending on the stages of its realization are found out: on the stage of beginning of the business activity, on the stage of its particular exercising, on the stage of the change of way and of the form of enterprise, and on that of the termination of business activity.
