Zayarnyj O. Responsibility in the organizational-economic relations.

The dissertation is an independent, finished work, which represents b the researches of problem of responsibility in economy-legal relations. The concepts and signs of economy-legal responsibility are also formulated. Special attention is paid to the establishment of the range of the subjects, whom the economic sanctions are applied to, to the identification of the criterions that define the ranges of responsibility. A significant part of the research is dedicated to the issue of application of measures of operational impact in the relations of organization and management of economic activities. The author also made the separation of the concept from the economy-legal responsibility.
