Korotka R. The business legal regulation of agent relations in Ukraine.

In dissertation the questions of the legal adjusting of agent relations are investigated in the wide understanding (as an universal type of activity which is used in the different spheres of public life) and the legal-economy - as to the type of economic activity. The general signs of agent relations are determined in the field of economic and special, inherent for their certain kinds (in the certain spheres of economy, at direct participation of the state, with the use of international markets). Grounded that on agency service in the field of economic influences aim and functions of his realization (receipt of income, implementation of control or other functions), that allows to mark off commercial agency service (commercial mediation which comes true as a type of entrepreneurial activity) but noncommercial (activity of tax and currency agents, corresponding functions on which are laid by a legislation and implementation of which does not foresee profitability of such agency service usually).
