The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical substantiation and practical resolving of such important scientific problem as development of algorithm of differential psychodi-agnostic and also general and specific principles of psychocorrection of patients with anxi-ety mental disorders on the basis of leading personal psychological and clinical signs of different nosological groups specified disorders. All-round multifactorial comparative analysis of results of complex and interdisci-plinary research concerning of estimation of psychodiagnostic, social, demographic, clinic, anamnestic, psychopathological and biochemical indicators as informative differentially diagnostic markers, which accompany anxiety mental disorders depending on its clinical phenomenology was carried out.
